I am fascinated by the body and its extraordinary intelligence. I spent 18 years practising, and eventually teaching yoga (having completed my Yoga Teachers Training in 2006). After having 2 beautiful children, a long standing back pathology reared its head and I was introduced to Pilates.
My fascination with movement and its impact on us as a whole grew even more. As a result, I furthered my studies in Pilates with Polestar Pilates UK. In September 2017, I was invited onto the Polestar Pilates Mentoring Programme which I did for 2 years.
I currently offer group Mat classes, Reformer sessions, Private and Semi Private Studio sessions. The latter involve using the mat, Reformer, Chair and the Cadillac/Tower along with various other fun props.
I continue to attend regular workshops and courses to enhance my teaching skills so that I can share movement wherever I can. Here are just some of the subjects covered:
